Stephanie Pocklington is a CG and VFX Supervisor with over a decade of VFX industry experience and 15+ years of experience in the multimedia arts industries. Most recently she was lead CG Supervisor on the VFX Oscar Nominated Love and Monsters (2021), CG/Onset Supervisor for Mortal Kombat (2021) and CG Supervisor for A Monster Calls (2016). Other recent titles include Rogue One (2016), Jurassic World 2 (2018), Transformers 5 (2017) and several other blockbuster films. Stephanie is currently working with Animal Logic helping to supervise upcoming Netflix Animation Features as well as providing end-to-end creative and financial VFX consulting for independent film projects.
Stephanie uniquely combines her anatomical biology, forensics and archaeology training from her Bioarchaeological Anthropology degree with her secondary Fine Arts degree through the double major program at University of Western Ontario to best achieve technically accurate, creative and aesthetically pleasing designs for projects. She is also often at the forefront of developing technologies to work with the most stable, yet cutting edge technologies that best compliment and enhance the vision of each project. Through this Stephanie has developed her own, soon to be released, interactive narrative VR game.
Stephanie has also created her own macabre themed 3-D printed accessory company Kudu Bijou, providing clients with concert visuals and virtual reality scenes.Her personal work is creature centric and has held exhibitions in various cities selling traditional and digital work throughout her career.
